Ingredients

30 minutes
2-3 serves
  1. 1 cuppaneer cubes
  2. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  3. 1/4 cupcapsicum strips
  4. 1 tbspoon oil
  5. 1tomato
  6. 2onions
  7. 4-5garlic
  8. 1 inchginger
  9. 1t.spoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 tbspoon coriander powder
  11. 1 tbspoon Rajwadi garam masala
  12. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Keep the ingredients ready. Cut onion, tomato, ginger & garlic in big pieces. Put paneer cubes in hot water.Boil green peas.

    Take 1/2 tb.spoon oil in a pan.Add onions, garlic and ginger & saute for 1 minute. Add tomatoes & saute till tomatoes become soft.Remove in a plate & cool.

    In the same oil,saute capsicum strips. Remove & keep aside. Make paste of sauted onions-tomatoes-garlic ginger.

    Drain out the water from paneer. Saute paneer lightly in oil. Remove.Keep aside.

    Add 1/2 tb.spoon oil in the same pan & saute the paste.Add dry spices & mix well. Add paneer pieces & cook till all spices merges well.

    Switch off the gas. Serve hot vegetable with roti, parathas or puris.
