Ingredients

  1. 250 gramssangri
  2. 1 tspmustard oil
  3. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspamchur powder
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut sangri beans

    In a kadhai add mustard oil
    Add Cumin seeds

  3. 3

    In a bowl add salt chilli powder, turmeric, Coriander powder, and add 2 tsp water make paste and add in hot oil, cook till oil separates

    When oil separates, add cut sori beand,mix well cook for 5 minutes

    Off guess,sangri should not be over cook Ed, this cooker in 5 minutes,it should not be soft, thoda kaccha pakka crispi it's Ready

    We cook this vegetables,when we serve our meal,
    Jab khana khana baith tab cook krte hai hot and crispi
