Cooking Instructions

Remove the skin of parval and slice it.

In a pan add oil heat it add mustard and cumin,add sliced parval and turmeric powder

Add garlic paste and salt mix well cover and cook for 5 mins on low flame

Then add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder mix well and cook for 5 mins.

Then serve it in serving plate
