Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsleftover/cooked masala rice (already added spices)
  2. 1/2 teasp ginger garlic paste
  3. As neededoil for frying
  4. Oats or sesame seeds for coating (healthier option than breadcrumbs)
  5. 1/4 cupMaida/corn flour water for binding if needed (optional)
  6. 2boiled aloo
  7. 1/4 cupsemolina optional
  8. 1Chopped green chilli
  9. 1/4 cupChopped onion
  10. 1/2 teasp achar masala
  11. 1/4 teasp Black pepper powder
  12. 1/4 teasp chat masala

Cooking Instructions

    First in a bowl, mix all the ingredients, mash aloo and rice with spoon or hands, make a dough.

    Make balls, flatten (here you can make it oval also or give any other desired shape with the help of a cookie cutter), coat with sesame seeds, fry in oil in a preheated pan.

    Take out and serve with ketchup or any kind of dips/ chutneys.
