Ingredients

  1. 1 cupleftover rice
  2. 1 cupsuji
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1onion finely chopped
  6. 2green chillies finely chopped
  7. As neededCoriander leaves finely chopped
  8. 1 tspgrated ginger
  9. 1 tspbaking soda
  10. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First take a blending jar and add rice and half cup of curd and grind it. Not grind too much.

    Other side take a bowl and add suji and remaining curd in it mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes.

    Now add rice mixture in it and mix well.

    Add all the veggies onion, green chilli,ginger paste, coriander leaves and salt mix with your hand.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  6. 6

    When oil is medium hot that time take a rice mixture and add baking soda and mix well.

  7. 7

    Now grease your hand with water and take little mixture on your hand, and make a hole with your thumb center of the ball. And give it a shape like medu vada.

    Follow this steps and fry this vada in medium flame.

    When it comes to golden brown in colour remove it in tissue paper.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
