Ingredients

  • 6 cupsleftover cooked rice
  • 1/4 cupfish sauce
  • 1/4 cupsoya sauce
  • 12 ouncesspam
  • 1/2 teaspoonsesame seed oil
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoonpeanut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the 2 types of oil in a hot pan/wok. Slice the spam and add to it. Stir frying the spam till it's crispy. Add the fish sauce, soya sauce, and garlic. Add the rice and coat the rice to the spam stir fry. Coat all the rice.
