Ingredients

  1. 4-5drumstick
  2. 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  3. Salt according to taste
  4. Black pepper powder as per taste
  5. Water for boiling as required
  6. Fresh coriander for garnish
  7. 1/2 tablespoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    First of all wash drumstick and peel the skin of drumstick and roughly chop it Make ginger and garlic paste and keep aside.

    Take a pressure cooker add drumstick and one and one fourth glass of water in it, add salt to taste. Keep it for boiling for around 2 to 3 whistle.

    Once done switch off the gas and let it cool down on normal temperature

    Then take a blender and blend drumstick along with water.

    Now take a soup strainer, strain drumstick mixture.

    Take a pan or kadhai add oil, heat well on low flame.then add ginger garlic paste.

    Saute ginger and garlic paste for a minute

    Then add strained drumstick liquid.

    Stir it, let it come to boil, Adjust consistency accordingly.

    Once cooked well adjust salt to taste.

    Now serve hot in a soup bowl,on the top add black pepper powder and fresh coriander.
