Ingredients

  1. 4 tablespoonsbutter
  2. 1 cupcooked rice
  3. 1/2chopped white onion
  4. 4 cupschicken stock
  5. 1 cancorn
  6. 1 canblack beans
  7. 1 candiced tomatoes
  8. 2 cupsred enchilada sauce
  9. 1/2store bought pre cooked rotisserie chicken pulled
  10. 1 teaspooncumin
  11. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  12. 1/2 teaspoonoregano
  13. 1 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In pan heat butter, add rice and onion. Sautée for a bit.

    Add chicken stock and all other ingredients, heat until boil. Done.
