Ingredients

10 spring rolls
  1. 1 cancooked Mackerel (190g) or Tuna
  2. 1small onion
  3. 20 ggreen onion
  4. 3 tablespoonmayonnaise
  5. Black pepper
  6. 10spring roll sheets

Cooking Instructions

    Mackerel can

    Shred onion and chop green onion. Drain canned mackerel softly.

  3. 3

    Mix all with mayonnaise and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Wrap mackerel mixture with spring roll sheet.

  5. 5

    Stick the end of sheet with flour water.

  6. 6

    Fry spring rolls in 180°c 1cm deep oil till the color turns good brown.
