Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupmakhana
  2. 1 cupfresh chilled yogurt / curd
  3. 1/4 tspoon red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
  5. 1 pinchgaram masala powder
  6. 1/4 tspoon black salt /regular salt
  7. 1/4 tspoon chaat masala powder
  8. 1-2 tspoon green coriander leaves chopped
  9. 1-2 tspoon dry or fresh mint leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take makhana. Heat up pan dry roast makhana till crunchy and crisp take out into a plate keep aside allowed to cool down.

    Get ready with all ingredients.
    Whisk fresh chilled curd in bowl. Spice curd with chhat masala red chilli powder salt garam masala powder

    Add red chilli powder chhat masala and mix well together
    Add chopped green coriander leaves and mint leaves

  4. 4

    Stir well. Sprinkle red chilli powder
    Serve immigettly.
    Enjoy healthy raita.
