Ingredients

30 minutes
2 persons
  1. 2 cupcurd
  2. 1 cupmakhana
  3. 15fresh mint leaves
  4. 2-3green chillies
  5. 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast makhana till it becomes crispy.

  2. 2

    Finely chopped green chillies & mint leaves.

  3. 3

    Whip curd and add all ingredients, mix well & chill it.

  4. 4

    It is preferable to keep it for some time so makhana are properly soaked & become soft.
