Makhana is one of healthiest food, which have equivalent qualities like almonds & walnuts. It is fasting ingredient too.
Cooking Instructions

Dry roast makhana till it becomes crispy.
- 2
Finely chopped green chillies & mint leaves.
- 3
Whip curd and add all ingredients, mix well & chill it.
- 4
It is preferable to keep it for some time so makhana are properly soaked & become soft.
