Steps

Take makhana. Heat up pan dry roast makhana till crunchy and crisp take out into a plate keep aside allowed to cool down.
- 2
Get ready with all ingredients.
Whisk fresh chilled curd in bowl. Spice curd with chhat masala red chilli powder salt garam masala powder - 3
Add red chilli powder chhat masala and mix well together
Add chopped green coriander leaves and mint leaves - 4
Stir well. Sprinkle red chilli powder
Serve immigettly.
Enjoy healthy raita.
