Today I have made tasty healthy smoothies breakfast recipe. It's very easy and simple quick recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspsoaked oats
  2. 1 tbspsoaked chia seeds
  3. 1small apple pieces
  4. 4deseeded dates
  5. 6-7soaked skinless almond and walnut
  6. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Arrenge all ingredients in one place as shown in fig.

    Take a grinder jar add apple, oats, chia seeds, dates, almond and walnut then add milk, blend it into a smooth puree. Smoothies is ready.

    Now pour the smoothies into a serving cup. Garnish with chia seeds and apple piece.

    Healthy breakfast apple Chia Seeds Oats Smoothie is ready to serve.
