Viazi Karai with Dhania and seasonings

Adding coriander(dhania) as a natural seasoning and seasonings to viazi Karai adds more flavour. I hope you will Enjoy!
Cooking Instructions

Peel and wash the potatoes then chop into halves or quarter pieces

Cut the coriander into really small pieces (diced)

Mix the flour, coriander, salt and food colour together.

Add the water in small bits as you continue whisking.

When you are satisfied with the flour mixture keep for 30mins.

Boil your chopped pieces of potatoes for 15mins.(don't over cook). When ready pour out the hot water and let the potatoes cool. Set your pan with cooking oil on the cooker to boil as you wait.

When the oil is hot enough(boiling point), Dip the potatoes in the flour mixture and then immediately into the cooking pan.

Deep fry the potatoes for 20-25min until crispy.

Use a basket to sieve and dry out the extra oil

Serve with your favourite sauce
