Steps

Wash the liver after buying from the butchery and cut it into small square cubes

Put the sliced liver in a cooking pan add half a cup of water add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and 1/4 tbsp of salt. stir and cover it with a lid. Let it boil for 20-30 minutes depending on the tenderness of the liver.

After the liver has completely cooked turn off the heat, drain the stock and set aside for latertake another pan and place it on the burner and add 3 tbsps of cooking oil.and add the sliced onions and sliced bell pepper and let fry for five minutes at medium heat until they soften.

Add the sliced tomatoes and stir. Cover the pan for 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Uncover the pan and add the liver and stir

Add the stock and a 1/2 tbsp of salt andstir, the cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Uncover the liver stew and serve.
