The cup I use is 200 ml. I added 6-7 ground walnuts and recommend not adding more, as it will make the cake bitter.

1 cupgrated carrot (using a food processor)
1 cupcorn oil
1 cupsugar
1 cuporange juice
zest from 1 orange
1 teaspoonbaking powder
3 cupsflour
ground walnuts (optional and to taste)

Mix all the ingredients together and pour the mixture into a greased ring mold or a 10-inch round pan.

Bake in a preheated oven with fan at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
