  2. 200-250 mlcoconut milk
  3. 400-500 mlwater
  4. 1 tbspCooking oil
  5. Aromatic
  6. 3 pcsbay leaves
  7. 2 pcslemongrass (roughly crushed)
  8. 4 pcslime leaves
  9. 1 pcsturmeric leaves
  10. Ground spices
  11. 100-150 grchilli
  12. 10 pcsshallot
  13. 7 pcsgarlic
  14. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  15. 1finger ginger (fruit)
  16. 1finger galangal (fruit)
  17. 2-3 cmturmeric (fruit)
  18. 1 pcslemongrass (white part)
  19. 2 pcscandlenut
  20. 1-2 tspsalt

Cara Membuat

    Wash the chicken.

    Use a food processor or a mortar and pestle to grind the ground spices.

  3. 3

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium heat and sauté spice paste together with the aromatics.

    Add chicken to the wok and stir to coat with the spices.

  5. 5

    Add coconut milk and water. Then, cooked at medium heat for 40-1hr.
