Ingredients

  1. 1 tspoil
  2. 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic cloves
  3. 1 tspfinely chopped ginger
  4. 1 tspfinely chopped green chilli
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped cabbage
  6. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  7. 2 tbspboiled sweet corn carnels
  8. 1/4 cupfinely chopped french beans
  9. 1/4 cupfinely chopped red bell peppers
  10. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green capsicum
  11. 3 cuphot water
  12. 3 tbspragi flour and 1/2 cup water
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  15. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  16. 1/2 tspjaggery (optional)
  17. 1 tbsplemon juice
  18. 2 tbspfinely chopped spring onions green part
  19. 👉🏻 For Garnishing :--
  20. Finaly chopped green coriander leaves as per required

Cooking Instructions

    First upon heat oil in a pan and then add finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic and finely chopped green chillies. Saute them for a minute.

    Now add all the finely chopped vegetables; cabbage, green peas, red bell peppers, green capsicum, french beans and sweet corn. Cook for 2 minutes, do not over cook them.

    Now add hot water and let it simmer on medium heat till it gets 3-4 boils.

    In a separate bowl add the ragi flour along with water and mix until smooth.

    Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli fakes and the ragi flour mixture in the soup and mix well. Let it simmer on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Lastly add jaggery, lemon juice and spring onions. Mix very well.

    Now our Ragi Soup is ready for serve. Serve hot and enjoy this winter season.
