Ingredients

  1. 3 cupswashed and chopped coriander leaves
  2. 3-5garlic cloves peeled and chopped
  3. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1/4chopped tomato
  5. As neededsalt
  6. 1small ginger piece optional
  7. 1/4green chilli chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend everything together in a blender and blend till a smooth consistency is achieved.

    Add water as needed. Add few drops of lemon juice.

  3. 3

    It's ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with hot stuffed parathas or snacks.
