Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCoriander leaves
  2. 1/2 cupMint leaves
  3. 2Green Chilli
  4. 1 inchGinger
  5. PinchAsafoetida / Hing
  6. 1.5 tsproasted Peanuts
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspCumin Powder
  9. 1/2 tspSugar
  10. as required for grindingWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender add coriander leaves and mint leaves

  2. 2

    To that add ginger, green chilli, roated peanuts, cumin powder, Asafoetida, lemon juice, sugar and salt.

    Add 1/4 cup water and grind into smooth paste. If required add further water and grind.

  4. 4

    Transfer the chutney in bowl. Green chutney is ready to serve with Tikki, Chaat, Khaman.. ENJOY!!!
