Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  2. 1/2 cupmint leaves
  3. 1/4 cupcurry leaves
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. 2-3garlic
  6. 1/2 inchginger
  7. 1green chilli
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1 spoonurad dhal
  10. 1/2 cupcoconut shredded
  11. Small Amla size tamarind
  12. 3 tspThick curd

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan add.oil add urad dhal curry leaves and.switch off once urad dhal turns golden colour(if u want u can add coriander and mint leaves, coconut and fry for few minutes)

    Take a mixie jar add fried items and coriander,mint leaves,chilli, garlic,ginger,, shredded coconut,tamarind and salt and little water and grind it to a smooth paste.
