Banana pancakes, also known as Thai roti, are a popular snack in Thailand and a common food for backpackers in Southeast Asia
The Banana Pancake Trail is a term for the routes that backpackers travel across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia. The trail can also include Malaysia, Indonesia, Boracay in the Philippines, China, India, and Nepal.
