  19. 1 tspmustard seeds
  20. 1 tspasofoetida
  21. 7-8curry leaves
  22. 1 spoongaram masala
  23. 1 spooncoriander leaves
  24. 1 spooncoconut
  25. 1 table spoonpomegranate seeds

    First take Pigeon peas wash and soak 1/2 hours also soak ground nut seeds. Then both boiled in cooker 3 whistle. Keep cool then blended Pigeon peas. Take Wheat flour put all Spicy ingredients and need tight dough. Rest 5 minutes.

    Chilli, tomato, almound, cashew nut chopped. Now put pan on gas heat oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds crackle, asofoetida, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves then add Pigeon peas puree and ground nut seeds with all Spicy ingredients boiled then add masala dough pieces. In slow flame boiled 10 minutes. Then add lemon juice and garam masala.

    Now Dal Dhokli is ready. Delicious and tasty Dal dhokli served in big vessel decored with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, coconut. Enjoy with family at Dinner time.
