    Prepare the ingredients: Melt the butter. Measure the ingredients. Mash the avocado.

    Mix the mashed avocado, self-raising flour, and melted butter in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. If the dough feels sticky, add a little more flour.

    Roll out the dough on a sheet of baking paper or a greased flat surface and cut into desired shapes using a cookie cutter.

    Arrange the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
