Cooking Instructions

First, add sprouts to a mixer jar, then add green chili, garlic, ginger paste, and chopped coriander. Grind everything into a smooth paste.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the batter, gram flour, rice flour, and salt. Mix well until combined.

Heat a tawa and spread some oil on it. Pour the batter onto the tawa and spread it evenly. Cook on medium heat for about 30 seconds, then flip to the other side and cook. Drizzle some oil and adjust the heat as needed.
Your tasty and healthy moong chilla is ready! Serve it with turmeric pickle or sauce.
