Cooking Instructions

15 minutes, prep abd set time total 15 minutes
  1. 1

Add rava and curd in a mixer. Blend it with the required water. Do not make very thin batter. For bun dosa, the batter should be a little thick. Transfer in a bowl. Rest it for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Add salt to taste. In a pan, add oil, hing, uraddal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped chilli. Saute chopped onion for a couple of minutes till it turns translucent.

  3. 3

Mix well. Add baking soda and mix well. Heat a tadka panor a small pan which shape are round in bottom and size is small, so the dosa will look like a bun. Add oil, in pan, pour bun dosa batter, cover a lid, cook on a slow flame, tun it on other side, drizzle oil, cook it properly.

  4. 4

Mak all bun dosa in th same way. Serve hot. Enjoy. Here, I served Bun Dosa with onion, garlic, coconut, and tomato mixed with red chilli powder, tangy, and spicy chutney. Enjoy..

#Manisha_PureVeg_Treasure #LoveToCook_ServeWithLoveis my introduction as a home chef.At the age of 10, I started my cooking journey with my mother's guidance. My cooking guru is my Maa - Mrs. Madhuri Dhanraj Bhatia. She was a master home chef, running a small business of food items like daily meal tiffin, traveling food packs, seasonal pickles, papad, chips, fryums, etc. So I learned a lot from her. At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son. So, day by day, I improved myself, and today, cooking is my hobby, my passion. My husband, Mr. Kamal Sampat always supports and motivates me. All credits go to my mother and my husband.I joined Cookpad in September 2018.Till today, I have shared my recipes. I am happy to join Cookpad, to learn and share more. ❤️👍👌💐
