  1. 2 cupchopped spring onion
  2. 1 cupJowar flour
  3. 2 tbspwheat flour
  4. 2 tbspbesan
  5. 2 tbspbajari flour
  6. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tbspcumin powder
  9. 1/2 tbsp carom seeds
  10. 1/4 tbsphing powder
  11. 1/2 tbspsalt
  12. 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  13. 1chopped onion
  14. 1chopped tomatoes
  15. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    “First, mix all the flour and ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Add water gradually and knead to form a smooth dough.”

    “Heat a tawa and add oil. Take a small portion of dough, roll it into a ball, and flatten it into a round shape. Place it on the tawa and cook on both sides until golden brown.”
