Hot Sticky Lamb Ribs with Soy and BBQ sauce

I have loads of fun mixing a combination of different ingredients and sauces together to create the perfect saucy marinate, I've tried this one and its delicious!
Cooking Instructions

Combine your rib marinate and mix with the ribs well. Allow ribs to set for at least half an hour in the fridge. Once set, pop in a 200° oven for about 10 -15 mins keeping an eye on them.

For the sauce, into a sauce pan melt butter into oil. Add in your shallots and Garlic.

Add in your Tomato Paste and cook down, then add in sauces.

Then add the rest of your ingredients and cook for 2 mins.

Once done remove and cool slightly, blend till smooth and put back on stove.
- 6
Cook for further 2 mins and then remove ribs from oven and coat into the sauce. Place back into the oven for 5 mins and then remove
