Ingredients

  1. Lamb Ribs Marinate
  2. 700 gLamb Ribs
  3. 1Tblsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  4. 4Tblsp Olive Oil
  5. 3 tspChillie Powder
  6. 2 tspCoriander Powder
  7. 2 tspSalt
  8. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  9. Sauce
  10. 1Shallot Chopped
  11. 2 ClovesGarlic Finel minced
  12. 1Tblsp Butter
  13. 1Tblsp Olive Oil
  14. HalfCup BBC sauce
  15. 1Tblsp Tomato Paste
  16. 1/4 CupTomato sauce
  17. Few Dashes sweet Soy sauce
  18. Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
  19. 2 tspFreshly Ground Black Pepper
  20. 2 tspSticky Brown Sugar
  21. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

    Combine your rib marinate and mix with the ribs well. Allow ribs to set for at least half an hour in the fridge. Once set, pop in a 200° oven for about 10 -15 mins keeping an eye on them.

    For the sauce, into a sauce pan melt butter into oil. Add in your shallots and Garlic.

    Add in your Tomato Paste and cook down, then add in sauces.

    Then add the rest of your ingredients and cook for 2 mins.

    Once done remove and cool slightly, blend till smooth and put back on stove.

    Cook for further 2 mins and then remove ribs from oven and coat into the sauce. Place back into the oven for 5 mins and then remove

Thanks for posting another lamb recipe. Over the last weekend, I found the cheap and good quality lamb meat in the grocery store nearby. I would love to try this lamb dish over the weekend. Best, Owen
