Ingredients

  1. 1big shredded cucumber
  2. 2 tsppowder sugar
  3. 1small bowl of curd

    Take curd in a soup strainer to drain out the excess water. Keep it in freeze for 30 - 40 minutes.

    Take it out from fridge and transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add powder sugar in it and mix well.

  3. 3

    Than add shredded cucumber in it and again mix well. Serve chilled with paratha or roti.
