Fry Potatoes Slices, Cauliflower Florets, Carrots & Paneer Cubes Until Light Golden Colour.

Heat Mustard Oil In A Kadhai & Add Cumin Seeds Into It.

Then Add Chopped Onions Followed By Green Chilli Paste & Saute For 3-4 Minutes On High Flame.

Now Add Green Peas & Saute Them For 4-5 Minutes On Medium Flame.

Then Add Diced Capsicum & Saute For 3-4 Minutes On High Flame.

Then Add Chopped Tomatoes Followed By All Powdered Spices (Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Sabji Masala & Kashmiri Chilli Powder).

Saute It For 4-5 Minutes On Low Flame.

Add Some Water & Mix Them All Together.

Now Add Fried Veggies & Paneer Into It And Then Mix & Cook It For 4-5 Minutes.
