  1. 1 cupmakhana seeds
  2. 1 table spoonbutter
  3. 1 teaspoonread chilli powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoonamchur powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

    Keep makhana, butter, and other masala powders ready.

    Keep a pan on low heat. Add makhanas dry roast till it turns crispy. Remove, pour it to a plate.

    Keep the pan, add butter,after started melting,add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and amchur powder, give a quick mix, then add the makhanas. Saute for a few seconds in low heat. Turn off the heat.

    Transfer the masala Makhana into a serving bowl. Very tasty and crispy, spicy masala Makhana is ready to serve.
