Ingredients

  1. 15-20almonds
  2. 2 glassesmilk
  3. 3 tspSugar
  4. 2 tspAlmond and Pistachio slivers (to garnish)
  5. 1 scoopvanilla ice cream (if required)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak almonds overnight in a cup of water and peel them.

    Grind to a fine powder in the mixer. Add sugar as required. And grind again so as to mix the sugar.

    Add milk and blend once again. Add vanilla ice cream for extra thickness if required.

    Pour in the glass and garnish with almond and Pistachio slivers and serve chilled.
