In India, monsoon season means enjoying a variety of comforting and delicious snacks, often fried and spicy, perfect for rainy weather.Popular options include different types of pakoras (fritters) like fresh fenugreek pakoras, lentil pakoras such as chana dal, urad dal, moong dal, or mixed dal pakoras – vada-bhajiya, potato pakoras, onion pakoras, green chili pakoras, bread pakoras, paneer pakoras, samosas, vada pav, roasted corn, corn bhajiya – all served hot with a cup of tea. These snacks are often enjoyed at street food stalls or made at home, bringing warmth and happiness during the monsoon. Here, I’ve made a mix of corn, bell pepper, and onion fritters. Serve them with fried green chilies, dry garlic chutney, and tomato ketchup. And yes, don’t forget a cup of hot masala chai. Manisha SampatTranslated from Cookpad India -
