  2. Half bowl buttermilk 🥛
  3. 1 tablespoonOil
  4. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 tablespoonRed chilli powder
  6. Half teaspoon coriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  8. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  9. Half teaspoonAsafoetida
  10. 7/8Curry leaves
  11. 1 teaspoonsugar
  12. Salt par taste
  13. 8/10Garlic clove

    Take the leftover roti and cut it into small pieces and keep it aside. Now make a paste of garlic and put oil in a pan and add the garlic paste to it. When the garlic is cooked, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and buttermilk.

    Then add half a bowl of water, add salt and add the roti pieces. Now let it boil. After that, add sugar and serve it hot. You can make this gulab chutney for breakfast in the morning. If you have leftover roti at night, you can use it in this way and make a new breakfast that everyone will like.
