This recipe is mostly popular in most of the region of Gujarat as a name " vagha-rali- rotli " . The term vaghar means to give tadka with oil and masala.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the left-over roti with hands into small pieces. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a kadhai. Add jeera when oil is heated. When jeera start crackling, add hing, Haldi and the left-over roti, and give a nice toss.

Add red-chilli powder, also add 2 tbsp of water and give a nice mix and cook for 2 mins.

After 2 mins add salt to taste and 1/2 tbsp of sugar and mix it nicely and cook for another 1/2 min. Your leftover masala roti is ready to serve.

Serve the masala roti with garma garam masala chai
