Ingredients

45mins.
15-20 ladoos
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 6-7ghee
  3. 7-8almonds
  4. 7-8cashews
  5. 1tblspn gond(edible gum)
  6. 1/2 cupmakhana
  7. 1 tspsesame seeds
  8. 1/2 cupkhaand(raw unrefined sugar)
  9. 2 tbspalmond shaves
  10. 8-10 cashews halved
  11. 2 tbspcumin-coriander seeds
  12. 1/2 tspdry ginger powder(saunth powder)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1tablespoon ghee, add gond and let it puff nicely. Remove it in a plate

  2. 2

    Add almond and cashews to same ghee and roast till crisp and light brown. Remove it amd roast makhana in the same ghee. Remove it amd let it cool down.

    Add 4table spoon ghee, add cumin coriander seeds, let them become crisp, add wheat flour and cook till nice dark brown color and aromatic.

    When it turns brown add sesame seeds and dry ginger powder. Cook till it is dark brown in color. Mean while, coarsly grind gond, almond, cashew and makhana and keep aside.

    Take the cooked wheat flour in plate. Add khaand, ground powder of dry fruits, almond shaves.

    When warm enough to touch woth hand, mix well and roll them into ladoos. Garnish with halved cashew.

  7. 7

    Store the ladoos in air tight jars. They have a shelf life of 2weeks.
