Ingredients

  2. 2 buncheskunde
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2tomatoes medium sized
  6. 1onion

    First and foremost, wash kunde and mrenda leaves. The cut them into sizeable sizes.

    Then put water to boil with salt and 1/4 tsp of baking soda.

    Add the chopped vegetables to the boiling water and boil for 8 minutes,

    Then remove from the boiling water and place it in cold water. This will prevent the nutrients from being depleted.

    Then prepare to fry. Put oil in a cooking pan and heat. Then add the onions and fry until golden brown.

    Add the tomatoes and cook until soft then add you vegetables.

    Stir, let it cook for about 5 minutes then serve with Ugali... Its very tasty.
