Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcooked leftover rice
  2. 1/4th cup breadcrumbs
  3. 1/2 cupcrushed corns
  4. 1 cupchopped arbi leaves
  5. 3green chilies finely chopped
  6. 1 tspgrated ginger
  7. 1 tspsaunf
  8. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 2 tspdhaniya powder
  11. pinchheeng
  12. to tastesalt
  13. oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add cooked rice, chopped arbi leaves, crushed corns and breadcrumbs.

    Mix everything well.

  3. 3

    Now add green chilies, ginger and all the given ingredients.

  4. 4

    Make small round balls.

  5. 5

    Now allow these balls to refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    After refrigerating it deep fry it in oil. note oil should neither be too hot nor too warm.

    So, now these monsoon magical balls are ready to serve!
