Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mixer eggs and sugar until white and thick, slow down the speed. (i used better beater so it takes a while until they become white and thick).
- 2
Add baking powder, flour little by little, mixed them until everything smooth.
- 3
Add sweetened condensed milk, margarine and oil, mixed the batter until everything smooth.
- 4
Butter the rice cooker pan, i use brush to evenly coat the inside of pan so the cake won't stick after we cook them.
- 5
Pour everything into the pan and cook them inside the rice cooker
- 6
After you put into rice cooker, press cook. If it turns to warm, wait for 5 minutes before you press cook again. Repeat until at least 3 times. Open the hatch, use wooden skewers or tooth picks on the cake. If nothing sticks to the skewers or toothpicks then it's done. If there's batter sticks on the skewer, cook once more
- 7
Turn the pan and put cake into plate. Cut them and ready to serve. (i try when still hot. It's good. Cool is delicious too. ^^)
- 8
If we change the sweet condensed milk into powder milk it become like this

Butter Cake in a Rice Cooker Butter Cake in a Rice Cooker
Followed the recipe that came with the Toshiba rice cooker, but swapped vanilla extract for butter flavor because we didn't have vanilla at home. It smelled good, but my mom wasn't impressed. She said it was a bit bland and suggested adding some salt next time. This recipe doesn't use baking powder. It relies on a lot of eggs, beaten until stiff peaks form. I recommend using an electric mixer, or you'll get a workout! Jingjo JingkarooTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -

Ultra Easy Chocolate Cake in a Rice Cooker Ultra Easy Chocolate Cake in a Rice Cooker
I used to always mix in meringue (whipped up egg whites) when I made a cake, but I wondered if I could make something that would be less of a hassle, so I omitted any bothersome tasks (like making a meringue or sifting flour), and left out any ingredients I don't usually have any on hand (heavy cream, baking powder) and tried making a cake. The amounts listed here are enough to bake 1 cake in a medium to large sized rice cooker that can prepare 900 ml of uncooked rice at most. There aren't any hints in particular! Even if you're a lazy baker, the cake will still puff up. If you want to be more diligent, please try sifting the flour or beating the eggs more, to make the cake puffier and lighter. I used a dark chocolate bar this time, but the cake was sweet enough! Recipe by pasa. cookpad.japan -

Because this "Butter-Free Sweet Potato Rice Cooker Cake" was so easy but delicious, I tried it with a chocolate flavor!I added a little yogurt to make it less dry. The cake turned out to be moist and I am very proud of this recipe. The number of times you press "Cook" until the cake is done may vary depending on your rice cooker. Please adjust it accordingly. This cake is very moist, so when you check with a bamboo skewer, it may come out with some crumby dough, but if it's not too moist and sticky, it's ok. Even with simple ingredients, they bake up fluffy and moist. It is important to warm the egg yolks and cool the egg whites.Cooling the egg whites takes longer to whip, but results in a firm, smooth meringue.Do not forget to moisturize after baking too.
