Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwarm water
  2. 2/3 cupsugar
  3. 1 1/2 tbspactive dry yeast
  4. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  6. 2 eacheggs
  7. 6 cupbread flour

Cooking Instructions

    in a large bowl, dissove sugar in warm water. than stir in yeast. allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy foam.

    mix salt & oil into the yeast. mix in flour 1 cup at a time. knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.

    place in a well oiled bowl, turn dough to coat. cover with a damp cloth. allow to rise until doubles in size.

    punch dough down. knead for a few minutes, an divide in half. shape into loaves, and place in well oiled 9x5 loaf pans. allow to rise 30 minutes, ou 1" above pan top.

    bake at 350°F fo 30 minutes.
