Ingredients

  1. 1 lbSirloin steak
  2. 1Chopped onion
  3. 1 stickof butter
  4. 2 canBeef broth
  5. 6 tbspFlour
  6. 16 ozSour cream
  7. 1 bagof wide egg noodles
  8. 1 canSliced mushrooms (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Slice steak into thin strips.

    Saute onion in butter

  3. 3

    Add steak and brown

  4. 4

    Add broth. Simmer 20-30 minutes.

    Add flour to sour cream and mix well

  6. 6

    Add sour cream mix to broth and stir until mixed through and thickened.

  7. 7

    Serve over wide egg noodles
