Chinese Style Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  1. 4chicken thighs skin&fat removed
  2. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 2 tbsprice wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  4. 2 tbspdry sherry or OJ
  5. 1 tsptoasted seasame oil
  6. 1 tsphoney
  7. 1 cloveminced garlic
  8. 1 tbspOJ
  9. 1 tspcorn starch

Cooking Instructions

    preheat 375°

  2. 2

    rinse and dry chicken. place in glass baking dish.

  3. 3

    in bowl, mix: soy, vinegar, sherry, seasame, honey and garlic.

  4. 4

    pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 min or until tender and no longer pink.

  5. 5

    remove chicken and keep warm

  6. 6

    pour sauce from baking dish into sauce pan.

  7. 7

    mix OJ and corn starch. and pour while stirring into sauce pan.

  8. 8

    cook 5 min stirring constantly the last 2.

  9. 9

    serve chicken with sauce
