Ingredients

  1. 6 ozMargarine
  2. 6 ozsoft light brown sugar
  3. 6 ozself raising flour, sifted
  4. 1Half a teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1 tbspcoffee essence
  6. 3 largeeggs

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180C.

    Place all cake ingredients in mixer or processer & beat until smooth.(About 1-2mins in mixer - 30sec in processer).

    Add a little water if not dropped consistency.

  4. 4

    Place in 2 greased and lined baking tins in middle shelf of oven for about 20-30mins (until roam and firm)

Easy to make and the cake is very yummy. I've made it a couple of times now and each time it's been a hit. I've even experimented using 3tbsp Milo instead of coffee essence, and it was great.
