Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 eachpork ribs slab cut in half
  2. 1 tbspsalt
  3. 2 tbspblack pepper
  4. 1/4 cupdried chopped onion
  5. 1 tbspdried crushed rosemary
  6. 1 tbsplemon pepper
  7. 1 1/2 cupwater
  8. 1/4 cupliquid smoke
  9. 1/4 cupworcestisire and soy sauce
  10. 1/3 cupbbq sauce

Cooking Instructions

    criss-cross score back of ribs (bony side) with a knife

  2. 2

    rub dry spices on both sides of ribs

  3. 3

    add the liquids to a stove top pressure cooker

  4. 4

    add ribs and pressure cook covered for about 45-60 min on med hi

  5. 5

    DO NOT REMOVE LID, place in fridge and allow to cool for 2 hours

  6. 6

    drain liquid and finsh ribs on your 400°F grill, brushing bbq sauce on each side when you see bubbling on the bone tips
