Ingredients

1 lbelbow macaroni
2 ozsalted butter
1 cupmilk
6 ozricotta
3 ozcream cheese
3 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
3 1/2 cupshredded mozzarella
2 dashsalt
2 dashpepper
1/2 cupparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

15 mins

preheat oven to 350°F

cook pasta in large boiling pot add salt until tender

drain and add 1 cup of milk and all cheeseses and gently mixed together

pour all ingredients in 2 medium sized casserole dish
5

pour the parmesan cheese on top
6

bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown
