Ingredients

  1. 32 ozelbow macaroni
  2. 5 lbvelvetta cheess
  3. 2 1/2 lbvelvetta queso cheese
  4. 16 ozMexican four cheese blend
  5. 8 ozchicken granules
  6. 2 tspblack pepper
  7. 2 tspsea salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water for noodles.

    Add noodles, and cook until finished.

  3. 3

    Drain noodles, set aside.

  4. 4

    Bring another pan of water to a boil, about 16 cups of water. Preheat oven to 350.

    Slice different cheeses and add all of them to the boiling water. And salt, pepper, and chicken granules. YOU MUST LOWER THE HEAT AND CONSTANTLY STIR CHEESE SAUCE.

    Once cheese is completely melted add noodles. Mix together, remove from heat.

    If the cheese sauce isn't thick enough add a slurry to thicken it slightly.

    Add macaroni and cheese to a baking dish or two. (This is a 30 person recipe) Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes and voila!
