Ingredients

  1. 1kale leaves without stems
  2. 1 tbsptoasted sesame oil
  3. 1 tbspseasoned salt

Cooking Instructions

    Remove kale leaves from stems and tear into bite sized pieces and dry in salad spinner then transfer to mixing bowl

  2. 2

    drizzle with oil and place on parchment covered cookie sheet then sprinkle with salt

  3. 3

    bake 10-15 minutes at 400
