Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchKale
  2. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  3. 1/2 tspSmoked paprika
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 1 tbspOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. 2

    Remove the stem running through the center of the kale and discard. Cut leafy parts of kale into bit size pieces.

  3. 3

    On a baking sheet spread kale and drizzle with olive oil. Mix to coat kale lightly in olive oil. Spread evenly on the sheet and sprinkle with the seasonings.

  4. 4

    Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until kale is dried out and crispy.

  5. 5

    Make sure they fully cool before storing it.

I dont have olive oil.jus vegteble oil an coconut oil...would those work? This is my first time tryn kale
