Ingredients

  1. 1 cupspinach (wash and fine chopped)
  2. Wheat flour dough
  3. 100 gmgrated paneer
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 pinchBlack pepper
  6. 2big spoon ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bol and roll it like a small chapati, spread little ghee, chopped spinach, paneer and

    Now heat a tava cook this prantha on both the sides with a little ghee till roasted both the sides.

    Serve hot with curd or pickle.
