Ingredients

  1. 1/2 clovegarlic
  2. 1/2 kgminced pork
  3. 1/2chinese cabbage
  4. 1 pinchsalt & pepper
  5. 2 tbspcorn flour
  6. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 2 tbspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boiled a pot of hot water & cook the Chinese Cabbage for around 8 mins until soft, add a few drops of oil to prevent the vege turned yellow.

    Set aside the cabbage for wrapping.

  3. 3

    Mixed all other ingredients & ready to wrap with the cabbage. *can replace the cooking oil with sesame oil for heavier taste.

    Steam the wrap cabbages for around 12mins or until cooked.

Good recipe. Lots of room to play. I doubled the recipe and put in 3 green onions. I also doubled the fresh garlic.
